Thanks. The treaties we've signed on to really make a mash, a rat's nest, of Constitutional law, be it based on case law (the vagarities and strang constructs of stare decisis trump) or originalist. Like an iceberg. Was John Roberts questioned on treaty law?

What treaties do we have with Taiwan? What treaties with the Mainland?

To me, I'd guess, international treaty law, international law is nothing but outlaw. What fundamental moral code is it founded on?
