Sorry. I had a good friend in high school who's father was "confused" let's say. Because of this I met a large number of queer men. They were a sad and self-loathing lot.
Oh they put on a good show. But I got to know some of them and they were just messed up in the head. They acted happy. But once you peeled back their exterior a bit you usually found self-destructive types.
It's like abortion. The discussion is "right to choose" or "pro-choice" or "it's the womans body". Or, my "favorite", it's a "privacy" issue. MY GOSH! YOU ARE KILLING A BABY! A HUMAN BEING! AND IT HAS RIGHTS TOO! But no, people have been trained to focus on certain "words" and away from the physical reality of things.
The same applies to queers, with the help of the media people have gotten used to focusing on "love" and "relationships" and "partners". Pablem! It's WHAT they do that's the issue. GROSS ME OUT! Oh, and by the way, they account for maybe 3% of the population. So could they just shut up? Queers are like Chihuahuas, they just make a lot of noise but when you get right down to it they are really too small to do anything...
"There must be some way to scrape these people off the bottom of my shoes....................FRegards
Sharp sticks work for dog crap:)"
LOLOLOLOL! That's just what I was thinking!
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My mom was one too and I sure appreciated her. As a teacher (like a lot of teachers), I REALLY appreciate stay-at-home moms. A good homemaker's kids are going to be pretty good ones usually. That's not to mention all the help and service they give. I realize there are some situations and circumstances, but again, I appreciate people like you who made that choice. I think that people really undervalue the true worth of moms. Without them, there wouldn't be anything.
Having had to do it many times, I ought to know:)

Seems odd. Lots of Court decisions on this stuff.
If students at this High School created a club for God or Christ and it was open to everyone it would have to be recognized by the School. The students could then display a flag.
The parents would not be allowed to though.
A School District cannot bar students from exercising their religious or cultural rights in school clubs as long as they are tolerant and open to everyone that wishes to join.
My sister used to work in theater some and has a lot of gay (male) friends. She told me that from what they told her, they are generally an unhappy lot and would really prefer not to be gay.
Thanks. What's that saying? The hand that rocks the cradle rules the world.
I can't say I disagree with you. Interesting comments. Dead on about the abortion issue. I have an added beef with them because I would just love the "choice" to have a child and they're treating it like a piece of garbage.
I went to a party for my wife's work. One of the people she worked with was gay. I was just about ready to talk to a couple of guys when I noticed they were a little too "friendly" for my tastes. Egads! I got out of there quick and spent the rest of the time around the "normal" ones. That gay guy layed off a bunch of people, including my wife. She goes nuts when she hears the g word now. But justice prevails. He got laid off himself a few months later when the big boss was wondering why no one wanted to communicate with anyone.
The chiuahuah analogy is a unique one:).
Of all the jobs I've had to do as a mother, that is the one that grossed me out the most. Some #%@#% would let their dog roam and use our lawn to do its duty and one of us would invariably step in it. And we don't even own a dog. It would always happen to a pair of sneakers that we couldn't afford to just throw out; like new ones with LOTS of tread. ARGH!
Thanks. What's that saying? The hand that rocks the cradle rules the world.
Definitely!!!!!! One good thing about my dad--he never let us kids disrespect my mom. I had many a sore backside before I finally learned my lesson.
I'll stay at home...
HEHE:)
Accurate stuff.
We're dealing with the neighbor's dog too. She thinks our lawn is her territory and even barks at us once in a while when we're on it. :). I used to have to clean out our rabbit pens. Those rabbits must have had chronic diarrhea or have had pooping genes because they could fill up a cage faster than anything. I absolutely hated that job and can hardly stand to be around animal doo-doo any more. My wife usually cleans the litterbox since I can't stand it (she got the cats anyways:0).
Accurate stuff.
Thanks....was a School Board Chair for a few years.
Also remember many of the Columbine students that were killed were at their morning pray. Did some research about the how and why this was permitted "in School"!
You hit that nail on the head. One of my students' moms said to me, "She acts that way because she knows she can manipulate me." There was no manipulating my dad at all (unless I washed the car first and promised to get gas). My mom was a little more lenient, but not much. If we got in trouble with her, it was "oh cr--, now I'm in double trouble."

The DOE puts out a pamphlet that outlines that and you are correct. Interesting research.
I want to "celebrate straight white male" day...
I have three sons
