Frankly, the Iraqi constitution is one of the sloppiest legal documents I've ever laid eyes on.
Wait..wait...I thought there was no Al-Queda in Iraq!!!

That is an impossible task. The Sunnis are told that they must partake in this Jihad to reach their "heaven" and that it pleases their God.
Anyways, why would they want to participate in the political game, the Jihad thing seems to be working quite well for them. As long as they have plenty of people to brainwash.
