Sorry if there are typos. I'm too tired to correct them. A few photos will be posted when I can.

Two of Kendall's associates were spotted by him and he signaled to them with a finger and thumb gesture looking like he was firing a gun. Had he been in elementary school, he would have been suspended for a week for that gesture. I was tempted to go complain to a guard that he had made a threatening gun-like gesture and should be removed from the building, but that probably wouldn't fly.Hysterical!

Thanks for the report. A FReeper, in a courtroom, reporting on such an important case.
Life is good...and getting better...getting so much better all the time.
Thanks Doug, for all of your work.

There was only one way for Kendall to get into the building.A FReeper tries to wait inconspicuously for Kendall's arrival. The ambush is being set.
FReeper introduces himself to Kendall and mentions FreeRepublic.com.
FReeper informs Kendall that he has seen a copy of the proof of service dated July 11, 2001, in which Kendall accepted service for Hillary in the
Peter Paul civil suit. Kendall is longingly looking at the front door and is contemplating his escape. His look is becoming increasing sour.
FReeper mentions that Peter Paul documented $1.6 million dollars worth of expenses that were never declared by his client.
FReeper asks how he could allow his client to create a third fraudulent FEC report, dated July 30, 2001. Kendall is not looking very pleased.
This is not a Washington Post or New York Times reporter. This one is a little unfriendly.
THAT IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE!!!
I have nothing more to say!
Who the hell does that FReeper think he is?
Left, right, left, right. Big arm swing.
To quote Dean Wormer, may he rest in peace, "I hate those guys."
He better not follow me.
Hey, will you guys do something. It's a FReeper! It's a FReeper!

Yep, there was Janice Rogers Brown, the woman who should be preparing for confirmation hearings. Amen. Time to add DFU to the list of unappeasable bush haters.
BTW, Good work. You're awesome.

The silence continues to be deafening. It has now been two days since Kendall appeared in a California Appellate court attempting to have his senator client removed from a civil suit that was filed in June of 2001.
Not one newspaper has written a story about the event! This is an historic and unprecedented lawsuit whose defendants include a former president and sitting senator. It involves the largest campaign finance fraud on record. It involves a senator who is running for re-election in 2006 and the presidency in 2008.
You will see one story -- Josh Gerstein of the NEW YORK SUN was there. He was the only reporter I saw. I spent two days calling the media and getting them up to speed. No one thought this story important enough to cover. The Los Angeles Times building was in walking distance. This is an amazing news blackout.
