Of interest is the scanty attendance at the regime's pro-death rallies. It seems few Iranians are enamored of blowing themselves up and those who do become homocide bombers are already persons with a stake in defending the regime's existence.

I envision a phaser-type dialer that rotates frequencies. We can zap them from a distance. Not a bad idea for Iraq. A lead truck in a convoy has an uplink with all the nearest cell towers and then downloads all the numbers that are currently communicating with that tower. It then automatically dials those numbers to explode ordinance.
