Does anyone care anymore what Al Gore says? He's so 1990s.

So, I see Al Gore is now running for president of the planet Zongo. He's sure not taking up space in this world.

My God, where does he dream up such drivel?

He's a sore loser, after all. What a putz.

I agree with Gore here. American democracy should be in grave danger. After all, we're a constitutional republic anyway.

Yes indeed Mr. Gore, we HAVE noticed that we seem to live in an "alternate universe"...I will agree with you.

I thought maybe it was an aberration when three-quarters of Americans said they believed that Saddam Hussein was responsible for attacking us on September 11, 2001. But more than four years later, between a third and a half still believe Saddam was personally responsible for planning and supporting the attack.

This guy is a liar and a lunatic. I'm sure they are out there, but I don't know ANYONE who thinks Saddam Hussein was responsible for 9/11. I've heard more people say that our own government (or the Jews) were responsible. The alternative universe he is speaking of is his own.

Gore and his TIN FOIL hat. He's warning us? Who was it that was in the White House with Clinton during the 90's and who as implicit in not stopping Ben Ladin?

IT WAS AL GORE OF COURSE.

Oh good grief Al! Why don't you and Uncle Waltee Cronkite go off and get married and leave the running of this country to the adults.

But, but.. if he were president, there'd be no hurricanes, no terrorism, lollipops would rain from the sky, every American would get daily rations of candy bars, and, and.../DU mode

Where does he get that?

Yeah, Al. . .and a whole lot of people prefer to beliieve that you were 'robbed' in Florida. . .and believe that Dan Rather told the truth and that the Swift Boat Vets lied. . .and that John Kerry really was a 'war hero' and that Bill and Hillary danced spontaneously on the beach one romantic evening and were caught by a photographer. . .and believe that Tom Delay is a crook. . .

Could go on, ad nauseum but you know the 'truth of the point here'. . .

Question is. . .what do you want to do about that?

No, Albert dear, the American Republic is in grave danger, due in no small part to your socialist buddies in the House and Senate, and aided by certain wishy-washy RINO's.

And by the by, Al darling, ever hear of Slimfast?

Talk about someone in an "alternate universe!" Whoa!

I am so thankful that this man was NEVER elected President and only by the grace of God did Bill Clinton serve out his term.

While I was rooting for Slick Willie to be impeached, in hindsight, we are better off that AlGore never became POTUS.

Why are there so many comments on Gore's speech and so few on Bush's? Why does Gore's speech headline Drudge while Bush's doesn't even appear? Gore isn't the president, Bush is. Bush's speech was billed as a majore address. So why are we all paying attention to fat-boy Gore instead of the president?

"Television first overtook newsprint to become the dominant source of information in America in 1963. But for the next two decades, the television networks mimicked the nation's leading newspapers by faithfully following the standards of the journalism profession. Indeed, men like Edward R. Murrow led the profession in raising the bar. "

And men like Cronkite and Rather lowered it back down to an inch of the ground.
