Fine? We need to get Earle disbarred. He's another Jesse Jackasson with his blackmailing schemes against corporations that donated to Republicans. He needs to be tarred, feathered and run out of town on a rail!

If Delay is correct, and I assume he is, the aftermath of Earle could turn into a hege 2006 GOP victory. I take Delay as a guy that knows people are out to get him therefore doesn't do anything that hasn't passed through a lawyer first. I expect Earle to get his rearend handed to him.

Delay is right in fighting this in the open. The left will fall into the trap and wonder how they got bitten so quickly.

Earle has shopped these charges to what, 7 grand juries now? He finally got a consipracy charge from the last one, and now he's found one to give him the money laundrying charge. Isn't there a limit as to the number of times you get a bite at the apple to indict someone?

Sounds like the legislature needs to reassign that authority somewhere else.

Apparently not.
