If the LSM said it was night time, I'd have to check for myself first. They have zero credibility where I'm concerned.

I've become jaded and cynical where the media are involved. I think more time needs to pass before there's a positive answer to whether or not he was just a mixed up college boy or something else. Of all the ways to kill oneself, his solution was to say the least...odd.

I just used what I say online from a number of sources and saw that there was very little real info and a lot of " i saw what I "though " was ..." So I reserved judgement .Thats all I did in this situation.
Some kid recently killed himself and video taped it just to freak out his parents and friends when he had enough . I dont doubt this sick kid plotted going out with a bang . Sick world we have here.

I am encouraged by the way the cell phones were immediately shut down while the area was checked for additional bombs. It showed the authorities had gamed this situation and quickly performed this precautionary action.

Glad this wasn't apparently the Islamist thing this time.

That article said "Joel Hinrichs, 21-year-old engineering student, was killed while sitting on a bench." Is that the same as suicide? Could he just have been a victim? Just makes you wonder if he had picked up a backpack or something. Or was a bomb under his seat?

There were no reports of any other injuries and university officials have said the spectators at the game were in no danger at any time.

I wonder how they can be so sure. He might have been going to blow himself up inside, and it exploded prematurely. That doesn't mean that he was a Muslim. Just a tormented soul that took his own life.
