I believe I read the Elanor Holmes Norton (one of the annointed in DC's black kleptocracy) once said when questioned about gun control and the astronomical murder rate in DC that it was the fault of VA lax gun laws (murder rate in DC 70/100,000 - murder rate in VA 7/100,000) Obviously the DC murder rate was the fault of the "ready availability of guns in VA"
