She disobeyed an order to stay away from the prison.

She seemed cheerful about what she was doing.

She was not assigned to the prison and should have had no access to the prisoners.

The ones assigned there were in a position of authority and were derelict in their duties.

Yes; I know our people get treated much worse and there is no outcry for us. We still hold ourselves to a higher standard. That's what sets us apart.

The leadership needs to be given more than a slap on the wrist.
