Nonsense to them.
I don't understand this "bandwidth" business. A picture posted elsewhere will cause people to come to their website. . . and that's what they WANT, isn't it? Especially if they cleverly put their website name on the picture somewhere.
(You can copy and save it to photobucket or some such place if it's worth the trouble.)

Not always. I guess if you want to believe that cops never behave like "nitwits" as you put it, it helps to imagine there is more to the story, but thats not necessarily the case.
