He should have been deported to Guantanamo Bay.

Deported to do evil elsewhere... Isn't that special?

"Ahmed and four other men from the mosque were arrested in June after federal authorities infiltrated the Pakistani community in Lodi and secretly recorded dozens of conversations over three years."
"Muhammad Adil Khan, another religious leader from Lodi was deported last month on a similar complaint. Neither was charged with a crime. Lodi is about 30 miles south of Sacramento and has 62,000 residents."
This was so quick. The evidence against them must have been really scary. I'm afraid if we knew what they planned to do to our families, we might have a lot of sleepless nights.

Doesn't "deportation" sound like the weak response that emboldens them. This is interesting in light of President Bush's comments today stating that the weak responses of the past led to 9/11.

It is weak. But what charges can be filed against him other then violating immigration laws?
If there are none, then their damn well should be.

I thought we were engaged in a 'war on terror'
Isnt it customary in time of war to hang spies?
and those who side with the enemy..?

When mosques and Islamic training centers get flooded
can the Coast Guard enter them and search without warrants?

Or sneak back in this country for $25,000 again...
