I find it amusing that you're wasting everyone's time by dodging simple "yes" or "no" answers and remaining completely off topic since you and I started this back and forth exchange. Your "situation" had NOTHING to do with the original post from which you posted to.

I went back over my posts...what do you want a "yes" or "no" to? I am happy to oblige :)

The recent Kelo decision by the Supreme Court (seizure of private property) illustrates PRECISELY why Fed and state law are related. States are scrambling to get their versions of property rights laws in place to offset Kelo.

Right. States Rights. Your initiative addresses Civil Rights.

All of them frankly.

What questions were asked for a yes/no answer?

If you read my posts to you instead of your posts to me, you might be able to figure that one out.

I don't understand. My "pings" show me my posts and your posts, as well.

I asked you several times one simple question, you've consistently dodged, or do you not understand a back-and-forth exchange? You're not going to find your answer (my questions to you) by re-reading your own posts.

Matter of fact. Don't bother. I know you have no understanding of the Constitution or the Civil Rights Act. It's clear you are obtuse to even a simple question when it's handed to you several times.

Frankly; many of us have had it; the screaming ungrateful, ENTITLED masses from N.O. yelling "where is OUR stuff?” “you are not dong enough to help,” whites hate blacks," "Bush wants to kill black people," "Bush blew up the levy," "there is no equality in America," "Americans are racists," etc..., This tears it, they have killed the goose that lays the golden eggs.

Ahhh, you are trying to speak politically unacceptable truths, even at FR. But I do have a slight correction. Bush, more than any other national Republican politician in recent times reached out to black voters, but got almost nothing for it. But all the black "leaders," and the MSM have to do is allege "racism" and it still pays off, Bush and other Republicans will do anything to "prove" that they aren't racists, as illustrated by tonight's speech. The goose is still laying.

LOL!! I feel like John Roberts trying to explain states' rights to the Senators!

You don't get it now...but just wait a few months until the debates start about who gets the NO rebuilding contracts...

I will be happy to remind you... ;)

If you imagine that you have the intellect of John Roberts and I of Biden or Shumer, then you are the one who is in a very serious delusional state !

You've attempted to talk about states' rights, which was an utter disaster for you, and then swerved off into some other areas, which are NOT "states rights", but which you claim are, and now you're off on building contracts, still claiming that that too, is somehow a "STATES' RIGHTS" issue. LOL

Tell, me have you ever actually read the Constitution? If so, WHAT DOES THE CONSTITUTION SAY IS STATES' RIGHTS ?

Mark my words, friends...I am ahead of Rush on this...the civil rights of state citizens will be a HUGH and SERIES issue coming up in terms of contracting in LA, MS and AL. You didn't follow me on the thread of Fed money trickling down to the private sector.

Ah. I just get tired of people bashing President Bush, but they don't have any ideas or solutions. Just like the Dems.

You know, that's what ol Harry Truman said about those "do nothing" Republicans, he said that they were just "against," "against" TVA, "against" increases in the minimum wage, "against" Social Security, union shops, etc. etc.

Truman said that a good president is one: who can make up his own mind, who isn’t afraid of controversy, who doesn’t allow himself to be held back by some of the limitations other people try to place on the presidency, and who doesn’t even allow himself to be held back by certain limitations in the Constitution.

I guess old Harry Truman would think that Bush is a good president...but some of those old time Republicans might not.

Just don't come crying to me when the best of the best get the biggest contracts. Government deals in contracting alot of the time, the most recent example is the federal government contracting Halliburton to handle most of the rebuilding in Iraq, because Halliburton has done it in the past with superior results to show for their efforts, and is capable of doing it in the future.
