After such an emotional and heartfelt moment, what did first reporter ask? You guessed it a question about the federal governments response to Hurricane Katrina.

The liberal MSM and the likes of Sin-dee Ali-Sheehan (Allah grant her rest), and Michael Benedict Moore, are all in league with the enemy and will not report good news indicating our continued progress against that enemy.
It is as simple as that. They are the Tokyo Roses of our time and desrve the same derision.

We know why the media ignored Pres. Talabani.............
" We salute you, we are grateful to you. We will never forget what you have done for our people."
"President Talabani issued a warning to the terrorists in Iraq that freedom would win, not the terrorists"
There's the problem............

What a stupid comment are you taking lessons from the Treason Media on how to throw in nonsense?
To: Dog
We could eliminate 10,000 and somehow it would be ignored by the MSM or turned into something terrrible we had done. We need to just hold the course and support our troops and their mission.

But we all know the press is run by leftist propagandists, so it is difficult to be surprised by their boldness in distorting the truth. Including Fox News apparently. Part of it is GWB's fault for putting chum in the water for the sharks. Even so, I admit the MSM would probably have ignored good news out of Iraq, anyway.

The defining moment of President Talabanis statement was when he turned to face President Bush and said We salute you, we are grateful to you. We will never forget what you have done for our people. The Iraqi Presidents voice and expression conveyed the gratitude more so than his words. It was a 10 on the chill bump rating scale and the pride-meter.
Iraqi President Jalal Talabani (L) salutes U.S. President George W. Bush as he thanks him during a news conference in the East Room of the White House in Washington September 13, 2005. Talabani said on Tuesday that Iraq will not set a timetable for a withdrawal of U.S. troops, backing away from his published remarks that the United States could withdraw as many as 50,000 troops by the end of the year. If it will not either embarrish or damage President Bush pilotically, the main stream media will not report it.

Surprised that someone might disagree or use this occasion to chime in on a pet peeve? In this open-air asylum?
Get a grip. Lurkers and bottom feeders will glom on to you like...well, lurkers and bottom feeders.
