Americans apparently have no grasp of realities anymore. Personally I blame Bush for not coming down and taking all these critters to the White House with him and for not seizing Supreme Power in Louisiana to stop all this and he does have Super Powers doesn't he? Yet I have never seen him pushing the flood back to sea with his Super Breath. Not once. Kerry would have I have NO doubt.

you know this guy was just killing the dogs outright and following along after the National Guard who was giving them water and food. It was obnoxious and mean. Humans come first always in life and in death. This wasn't the case with the Sgt. though. I am done. The guy looked like a character out of Deliverance all he needed was a banjo.

When they were shooting the dogs, three blocks away the National Guard was rescuting them, feeding them and giving them water, until pet rescue organizations were able to take custody.
There was NO reason to shoot the dogs, except to satisfy his own sadistic instinct.
