What great links you have posted! I was stuck in Chicago for a week with only CNN and MSNBC in our hotel room. When that is your only source of news it is beyond depressing--if I was a casual observer of politics I would believe Pres. Bush was an insensitive monster that is surrounded by idiots.

Looting was not mentioned except that it was being done for basic necessities. The one pic they showed of clothes piled into a shopping cart was quickly removed after a couple of showings and only people taking food and water were shown. A specialist came on to explain looting doesn't happen during natural disasters. Hmmm...

Bush was slow to act, FEMA director caused all the suffering, etc. I wondered if it occured to any reporter to do a little research about what was to be taken care of by local leaders, state officials and the federal govt. What is it with many liberals that makes them so emotional that facts don't matter, just how they 'feel'? Reporters screaming about Bush and FEMA was bad enough, but then the global warming and wetlands destruction was the cause, tax cuts causing a lack of funding, and the LA National Guard were all in Iraq and they were trained in how to handle this. No tragedies are allowed to happen during a republican presidency that they aren't directly responsible for.

Now that the truth is coming out about the gov. it seems it was still Bush's fault because he should have taken control anyway. Oh right--oh sure, that would have given Hildabeast a way to call for his impeachment and appt herself president. Never once saw the gov. of LA interviewed from Wed. after Katrina until Mon. when we left.

Damn, that's a big picture!

Yeah, I know. I just linked to it as I was too lazy to snatch, reduce and upload it. Sorry
