Hi. I posted most of it the other day. What interested me the most was that it is becoming very obvious that N.O. did not follow their own plan. So how can they blame the Feds when they did not even bother taking care of their own obligations as spelled out in this plan?

NPR: Does this mean the emergency plans are working? Maybe we should go over what the plans were?

Rush was talking about this today because he got a lot of email from people saying they had not heard they even was an emergency plan - and Rush spent some time on it reading a lot of the pertinent parts.

It is a very good thing that this document got poster here in its entirety, because it can no longer be found at the original address and nothing like it can be found at www.cityofno.com. Instead once gets the following

Revisiting this thread, I find that the New Orleans
"Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan" is no longer on the city's website for all to see. Now that link leads to an "Access Denied" message. Hmmm...
