I'll pass along your message to our son. He knows all about the anti-American crowd and their agenda. He sent me an e-mail the other day with a link to a Socialist website. He warned me about the crazy comments I'd read there, and he was right. He said he wrote an e-mail to that site and gave them "what for". LOL

The essay is correct in its fury at the Rats. I'm completely with him (or her) there.
It is worthless in its political analysis of what comes next. As punditry, it is pure bluster, with no evidence or argument for the alleged Republican tidal wave. And that does us no good. It breeds complacency, which is always the enemy of intelligence and action.
You are entitled to your opinion, worthless and nonconstructive as it may be. Stick around and learn something. You may not appreciate my 'analysis', but if you hang out long enough, you might discover that I am rarely wrong about this stuff. If what I wrote breeds complacency in YOU, then stop reading and go away.

As for your crude advice to "grow a pair," I'd turn it right back on you: Grow a pair, "Dog." If you had a full set, maybe you wouldn't go around making blustery predictions backed up by no evidence. You'd look reality squarely in the face, and recognize how many stupid Americans who shouldn't be are still being fooled by, and still voting for, the Rats. And maybe, also, you wouldn't be expecting God to pull us out of the quicksand into which this nation is sinking.

Great piece--now, figure out a way to get more than 20% of voters to the primaries--that is where you put people up for the general election and where the real work is done--if they don't bother with the primaries they get the hacks the parties throw at them and it can only be a choice between the lesser of two evils--
With all due respect to your comments about standing armies and liberal European governments, there is a reason that some of these governments (Germany in particular) do not have a terrorist problem.
During the 1970's, Germany was beseiged by terrorist activity and, instead of sending an army into the middle East to deal with the problem, they created a tactical police division called GSG9. This unit consisted of specially trained cadres and had one directive; to target and exterminate terrorists. Through surgically dealing with the issue and assassinating terrorists rather than destroying entire countries, Germany was able to eradicte virtually all terrorist activity within it's borders.
Thats a great idea.
To bad our government plays by rules that inhibit us from just shooting savages as you say the Germans do.
I would beg to differ on the terrorist problem in Germany.
They do have cells and if I am not mistaken some of those cell members drove airplanes into a buildings right here in the USA.
