I believe that several telephone companies are offering FOR FREE phone banks and internet services at shelters. Looks to me like the moonbats just want the new equipment for their own propoganda machine. (ipods? $4500 video cameras? come on! This is not for Red Cross or evacuee use, I guarantee it.)

- This item is available for $4,199.00 at discount online retailers.
4) Projector 3000 lumens = (VFP Price = $1,000/each)
- No such item exists anywhere near that price point. 3000 lumen projectors start at over $2,000/each... Well over.
5) iPod 60GB w/Griffin iTalk recording = $440/each (VFP Price = $600/each)
Veterans For Peace is greatly exaggerating the prices of most of these items. Only real exception is the projector, but I think that is a case of wishful thinking, in the hope that they can bamboozle someone with a 3000 lumen projector to donate the equipment.

Note that the monitor they're requesting is attached to an iMac. It is not sold separately. The computer is worth $1799.

But look at item #2 on their list of needs. It says "wips"! I'm not making fun of them for misspelling "whips," anyone can make a typo. But what do they plan to do with the whips? Are they whipping little refugee babies? Someone should look into this.

Cindy's bus tours are meant to end in DC with a grand anti-war demonstration with all the usual hate-America crowd.
It is slated to be a very big deal. She used her stalking of Bush and this tour to help promote it.
This event will get tremendous world-wide publicity and MSM attention.
Cindy and her pals should be exposed endlessly. The media won't do it.
And when a few souls take the time and effort to do it here at FR (for free), they get hectored by people like you.
