It is extremely unfortunate that this country has degenerated into such an ugly partisan finger-pointing exercise after this unparalleled disaster.

As a result of this ugly debate, we on display on the world stage as a bickering cesspool of anger when we should be cooperating with each other like we did during 9/11.

The liberal democrat-controlled MSM has been stirring the crab pot of discontent from day one.

Freepers, please contact people you know in high places to urge the President to speak to the American people with the following message:

"My fellow Americans, Hurricane Katrina has been a catastrophic disaster and the government at all levels is doing the best we can. I'd like to ask the American public and the media a favor as we get through these hard times:

Please suspend your fingerpointing and blame for one or two weeks so the country can work together and solve one of the biggest natural disasters we've ever had. There will be plenty of time to do fingerpointing and Monday-morning quarterbacking later. Thank you...

I believe the nooz mentioned that some people who were in closets for shelter from hurricane winds, got drowned there by the flooding. Only problem understanding that, is that the hurricane was long gone before the waters got past the levees. What gives?

It's really too bad the people of New Orleans are stuck with a mayor who is only capable of giving interviews criticizing others who are doing the job he can't. The adults must have told him to get out of the way so they could clean up his mess and stop the damage he created.

With due respect to the families and individuals lost...

Geez, Mr. Mayor, they'll still be able to vote if they're Dems....

Bush needs to address the nation to STOP ALL BLAMING FOR NOW...

They're all blaming Bush.
Don't you know, everything that goes wrong is Bush's fault.
Nobody is pointing fingers except the MSM.
