Wouldn't the mayor be responsible for evacuating his city in advance of the hurricane instead of blaming Bush afterward ?
Nevermind I know the answer. No of course not its the federal govts job to take care of us all.......
The New Orleans mayor is now essentially unemployed or will be in a few days. Or else the rough equivalent of mayor of atlantis.
