Heard recently there are approximately 600 patients still needing evac from Tulane, Charity, and the surrounding hospitals. Patients at surrounding facilities must be carried by boat to the parking garage heliport. Good news - they have the big choppers that can carry 20-60 patients each trip.
Now that the good guys have arrived, the firemen have a better chance. Snipers were shooting at them. But last I heard, there was no water pressure to put out the fire. Sad.
1, either trying to prove he can't handle 2 things at once, or 2, trying to prove if we weren't in Iraq, we could have responded better to this crisis.

4th question - Complaining why the response is so slow - Satisfied with the response, not satisfied with all the results. Pointing out that NO got hit by 2 different things; storm, then flood.

A dr. last night talked about some of the critical patients on ventilators dying because both backup generators were under water.
