No way anything smaller than a two ton concrete block (or rock called rip-rap) is going to work. The Idiots at the Corps should of had several thousand of these blocks stationed up and down the lower Mississippi. When the current reaches three knots or more almost everything gets moved. This is no news and they have confronted this before. They are an incompetent bunch of boobs. I am embarrassed that they call themselves engineers.
