Seems to me that a two line or three line system can be used to stop illegals. Spotters call those with the cuffs. Funding will have to happen whether it's the military or not.

Those of us in Mexifornia are waiting for Arnold to speak up. If ANY state needs illegal immigration control, it is our invaded state. He remains mute on this issue. He talked big about illegal immigration before the election, then he got amnesia after a visit from the White House.

McClintock would have called a state of emergency, but Arnold is too busy raising money.

Federal funds shouldn't be used for the ineptitude displayed by border states. One hand giving illegals incentives for coming, on the other always proposing things they don't plan to do. They should spend their own money for stupid programs they won't enforce.

Border enforcement is solved by first, wiping out all safe havens on both sides of the border and bulldozing border towns, then booting ALL illegals. Also, if anyone has violated immigration law, then they are forever denied access to enter the U.S. That would discourage anyone else about attempting to cross illegally. In any new law, illegals shouldn't be allowed access to American courts.

The Minutemen have done far more for border enforcement for free than the lib governors will ever accomplish. Border enforcement should be a requirement to become governor of any border state....Mexican, Canadian or coastal.

One thing to add to the bulldozing of border towns....create a 20 mile buffer zone along the border, with nothing but landmines to welcome our border crossers. Once they have enter the 1-mile zone, they have a "shoot-to-kill" welcome. The Canadians may have a bit of trouble digging a 20-mile tunnel to funnel illegals into the country.
