If states would just issue drinking license and require the same of an indiviual as they do to buy a gun in orderto get a drinking license, our troubles would be over as these Illgals can not survive with out beer turn the tap off and they will all return home.
Also the drinking license would stop wife beating and the such as an alcoholic may not care about his driving license but most likly would protect his drinking priviledge with his life. So anyone who gets into trouble with the law over his drinking looses his license. Of course you have to be legal to drink.
The fact of the matter remains that these 3 people were killed by someone who shouldn't be here in the first place.
If our vaunted Federal Government was truly interested in doing it's Frigging Job, most of the Illegals would not be here, and these 3 people may still be alive.
Not a thing being done in Washington.
Yeah, there must be a law against identifying a low class,corrupt, high crime culture. Probably a minimum 1 year in jail ;-)

"Earlier this year, Padilla was determined to be the owner of a silver Jaguar stopped by police on Interstate 99 in Bedford County. Police said they found cocaine under the carpet of the trunk and meth in the air filter.
A North Carolina couple was arrested, but police could not link Padilla to the drugs, Bedford County District Attorney William Higgins said.
Three years ago, Padilla pleaded guilty in Cambria County court to simple assault and reckless endangerment and was sentenced to 35 months probation for the October 2001 stabbing of Timothy R. Stoltz at a home in Cresson.
Padilla stabbed Stoltz seven times with two different knives he owned.
In July 2003, he punched and kicked three Cresson policemen, the same day he was charged by borough police with careless driving and disorderly conduct. He was given additional probation and was to be examined by mental-health officials for anger-management counseling.
Padilla still is on probation in Cambria County.
Late last year, when his ex-wife sought a protection-from- abuse order against him, her attorney claimed in court documents that in August 2002, Padilla threatened to kill her. It was two months after he allegedly physically assaulted her.
Padilla also was known in Altoona, authorities said.
"We have dealt with him in the past," Freehling said."

You know, we're here in western PA, and I remarked to a family member that I thought we'd seen him on the news before. Sigh, why wasn't he deported then? Amazing.
I live in Ventura County, which is much less offensive than LA
