Look closely in the top part of the picture; it looks like some folks saw the plane and wrote the word "HELP!" twice with debris or clothes or something.

On either side of the big white building above the bend in the road that heads off to the right?

I appreiate you effort checking it up for me.
We went down there today and did a damage assessment. Divison "was" flooded, there's a lot of water damage. The rosewood lane is ok, moderate water damage.

#2 I think I pretty much nailed it, 100% correct what was happening and what would happen in New Orleans, I did mention that I lived there for 10 years and I know from experience and could predict how the people of New Orleans would react almost by neighborhood.

I didn't say you were a racist...I said your posting was. Now, come on, you have to admit it was extremely mean-spirited, to say the least. I'm sure you know that it made the rounds on the Democratic talking points (DU played it to the hilt) and such posts only serve to make conservatives (as well as libertarians like me) look like they really don't care about people with darker skin color.
