Sean Hannity is an inferior, ineffectual, and unworthy intellectual foe of liberals is getting tiring.

Fine, but I never said that. I say Hannity is a pussy for turning down a ride with the Blue Angels. That is the beginning and the end of my problem with him.

" Hannity played Begala like a fiddle. And since Begala cannot shut-up or admit defeat, Begala continued to look even dumber every time he spoke.

You will need to reconsider your opinion of Hannity."

For some, Hannity can't win.

The guy hammers away 24/7, the Left hates him, but yet he never accumulates quite enough "style-points" for the intellectual "elites" at FR.

You must be listening to the Bizarro World version of Hannity because he has excellent debating skills. It's possible you don't like him because of his negative comments about Freepers, which weren't all that far from the truth.

No, I don't dislike Hannity for his commentes about Freepers. I'm sure that some of them are well deserved. Heck, I don't dislike Hannity. Like I said, I think he's a nice, sincere, honest, and good guy. But all too often when he debates liberals, I think he fails to address their points and I come away from the encounter with the feeling that he got his clock cleaned by the other side. That said, I think he's a great interviewer. I simply thing he's a poor debater when he's up against a clever opponent. Your experiences listening to him may be different but that's been my experience. And for the record, I think Rush Limbaugh sometimes has the same problem with callers. I think Mark Levin, Laura Ingraham, and a handful of other talk show hosts are much sharper when debating with callers and guests.

The only problems I have with Hannity are (A) I think he often does a very poor job debating smart liberals and I come away from those discussing feeling like he got his clock cleaned by the other side (I think he often doesn't address what they are saying and that he misses too many opportunities to hit them on various key points) and (B) (which may be related to (A)) he sometimes comes off sounding like a right-wing talking points parrot. I'd give him more of a pass on (A) if it didn't happen so often and I think (B) suggests that there are some issues where he really hasn't taken the time to listen to and understand the other side before attacking it.

Star Trek conventions do not count.

Why not?

This need for some at FR to imply a Sean Hannity is an inferior, ineffectual, and unworthy intellectual foe of liberals is getting tiring.

Well put. Thanks

No way, most of the time they just look at their feet as they shuffle along.

Ok, how much time did you waste playing D&D?

Probably right. I always considered Hannity talk radio "training wheels". New conservatives should listen to him for a few months, and then graduate to Medved.

Well, gee, why watch it then?

Do you have to like every conservative, agree with every move they make in order for them not to get derided by you?

Just let us know and let Fox know WHO you like, and get your views of how you want all airings to be handled. Gee, maybe we should just let you do the work too, get on the air, research, advertise, travel to events, organize events, line up guests, interview, and debate them and, of course, keep the ratings up same as the no-good Sean and Bill do.

What other talk show hosts meet your acceptance criteria?
