I wouldn't have a problem if he did it. In the long run, the goal is to encourage muslims not to hate us. We have to peacefully co-exist because those who think we should eliminate them are just nuts.

We don't have to pander or appease them. But we're in Iraq to build a new democracy of muslims, not to eliminate the population.

A leading U.S. Muslim group called on President Bush Wednesday to show his support for mainstream Islam in this country and worldwide by meeting with the group next week in Chicago.
