I always go to my state's Secretary of State web page for election information. I don't know who in California has that responsibility...

It is the Sec. State in CA, but they don't yet have a list of candidates posted.
Next action would be to contact a major newspaper in the district and ask them...or the Party chairmen...

Okay, I'm thinking of the wrong thread, I guess.
I have totally misunderstood your question. Is CD congressional district, or compact disk?

We should not be making allies of Mexico, we should be invading them, and restoring a free republic to their nation. Only then will they ever become even an half-way economic partner.

When two savvy Democratic governors spectacularly change their posture on immigration, it's a sign of a significant political shiftOr would be if anyone believed a word of it. Notice that they aren't demanding the feds stop illegals. They're just saying, "hey, give us money so we can accomodate all of these undocumented workers, some of whom don't work and are criminals, but aren't representative of the hardworking folk who just want to come here for the American dream of turning the U.S. into Mexico."
