I believe that the process of conferring sainthood includes the necessity that miracles occurred in connection with such proposed saints. There are many recently recognized saints and so there must be claims of miracles having occurred in connection with them.

I have even heard that the process of conferring sainthood on Pope John Paul II is being considered. This probably means that someone has some miracles in mind. Aside from his not being Italian, I presume.

Evidently, the Vatican uses the term "ancient" to refer to candidates for sainthood who have died more than sixty years ago. Doesn't sound so ancient to me.

When you can make a logical connection between the time dilation predicted in relativity theory and the theory of evolution, your rantings and ravings will have merit. Until then, you're just whining because none of us were fooled by your attempt to string two unrelated concepts together in an attempt to show that one falsifies (or weakens) the other.

You claimed that time dilation somehow poses a problem for the theory of evolution, but you didn't even bother to explain why. Now you're claiming that you're being ridiculed for your argument, but you fail to consider that maybe, just maybe, your argument isn't worthy of anything but ridicule.

You offered no facts, and now you're whining because no one addresses your arguments based on the facts. Talk about a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Well, the Creator in the Bible chose to endow humans with free will. Adam and Eve exercised this free will and ate of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. This created a responsibility on each human to recognize and avoid evil.

The "Intelligent Designer" of ID may or may not be involved in such matters. The "theory" of ID doesn't seem very specific about what, how, when, or why the Designer has done or will do anything.

It's not God's preference that anybody should perish.

The thing that allows humans to overcome their sins and failings and escape hell it to simply believe in Jesus Christ.

Hmmm... How did you decide this. That which consists of matter and energy is limited to the speed of light in our universe. Is the designer made of matter and/or energy?

How many things can be perceived at once by the designer? A dozen? Two dozen? A hundred? What explains this limitation?

One designer per solar system? Perhaps a couple for a big binary star system. I wonder if they communicate among themselves. Perhaps compare design ideas?

Ahh... You can't determine the position and momentum of a designer simultaneously. Perhaps some areas of the universe with high energy densities are filled with "virtual" designers. Perhaps there are "anti-designers".

It amazes me that people who appear to be intelligent can believe this stuff.

Judging the relative intelligence of another is an interesting proposition. My life experience has shown me that very intelligent people can observe that someone else is more intelligent. These same people never comment on those that may be of lesser inteliigence.

I guess you could consider the Church's acceptance of evolution a miracle but I don't think they will give JP saint hood for that one.
