IF C Construction is the culprit and knowingly useed illegal labor costs as a factor in underbidding the other contractors, under NC construction law and federal immigration code, EACH of the other unsuccessful bidding contractors are allowed to file suit against C Construction for EACH illegal and for TRIPLE the difference in their bids.
If applied properly, that could effectively end C Construction's career.
