You won't. These "reserves" would be fenced and put off limits. I'm sure they would also fall under the auspices of that wonderful NYC-based organization also.
Wonderful how the US should keep it's nose out of everyone's business but it's fine to turn the Midwest into a giant zoo for Africa and also send billions over there.

I guarandamtee you that the average lifespan of a lion let loose in Texas will be less than a week, assuming he can find some thick brush to hide in.

Makes me want to call my ole HS buddy from Georgia (ex-Navy) and see how he's doin' these days. Hope the Kudzu didn't get him yet.
His Pop was a Marine Col. (harder than steel), my Pop was an Army Col. (never fired a shot in anger). Brawn and Brains, it takes both to be the best.
