I think Rush wins ....period
This is just keeping with "notice pleading", IOW no surprises.
It did not say no questions, it just means no "gotcha" tactics.
The prosecutor's office has been working on the "ask forgiveness not permission" principle. It will be interesting if the prosecutor's office goes ahead with disclosing the questions.
Prosecutors would have so much fun if they didn't have to follow the law, wouldn't they? Laws? We don't need no stinkin' laws...
I predict this case is going to become "at issue" sept/oct of 2006.
I think the prosecutors have been overestimating their clout since the beginning of this issue. Unlike most people, Rush has the money to fight the government's unlawful attempts to ruin him. Go Rush!
"I predict this case is going to become "at issue" sept/oct of 2006."
Maybe after that they can extend it to 2008, as well! Shut rush up so he cant rail against hitlery crinton
How much money and how many man hours have gone into this investigation?
but for the fact this is Rush limbaugh, this case would have been dropped.
Hours? More like years.
All those pills add up to the prescribed 8 or 9 pills a day. What's their beef?? How desparate they are.....they look like such morons.....
Has anyone noticed that prosecutors are slowly turning into crooks?
I have a permanent prescription for the identical drug at a similar dosage - 2 pills, 3 or 4 times a day as needed.
I don't like drugs personally so I control my chronic pain (abdominal surgery) through self-control learned in the USMC. I take one or two now, once or twice/month. The rleft overs? I flush them.
If I took them according to the doctors, I probably would have been just as hooked on them as he was. In fact, my doctor told me I would be!
Yet these libs are still out there trying to get him.

Even if he didn't have the cash, I bet a lot of us would be happy to help with the legal fund to fight this crap. I know I would.
I hear that. I used to have a low opinion of criminal defense attorneys; until I started dealing with prosecutors.
