Hey, Y'All,

I'm not knocking this guy too much, I'm just reading the law.

I wish the hippies would split too, but this is not the way.

They mentioned the charge (a misdemeanor) on Fox tonight. It sounds like a valid charge bu I am willing to bet he will be given the minimum fine (probably $0) The cops are just trying to maintain order.

Hell, she, well, the bunch of fools camped out there, are guilty of more "crimes" than the farmer but the cops dare NOT get into a pissing contest with them (and the very sympathetic media), because the Republicans would come off looking like the Wehrmacht.

"Reckless driving, damage to public property, driving on the shoulder of the highway"

You'd make a good (read: bad) cop. :{)

I think he'll probably gladly pay the fine. Probably got some things off his chest.

When they make it a crime to own firearms, you'll turn yours in, voluntarily?

I like Larry. I bet he feels better now. I hope the local sheriff fines him $5 and then takes him out for a beer.

I don't know about the roads down in Crawford but here in Hawaii, the state and/or county owns several feet on each side of the pavement. You cannot put anything in that area without getting into trouble. Now the pictures I've seen of those crosses, they were right by the pavement therefore not on private property but on public right of way. Over here if someone put crosses or anything else in that right of way area the police would make them remove it instantly.

It's not a crime. It's civil disobedience.

If my son's name was on one those crosses put there by those filthy, hypocritical jerks, I would personally have gone to Crawford and yanked it up myself.

My thanks to Larry Northern for taking them down and for his service to our country in Viet Nam.

"It's not a crime. It's civil disobedience."

Can I come up there and run over NY protesters' signs with my pickup during the next RNC convention?

Would that be a crime?

"PMSNBC is talking about the "desecration of the cross" etc. at the protest site thanks to Larry's irresponsible actions."

Yeah. I can see that the Leftist swine are worried about that. It's too bad he didn't dunk the crosses in urine before he knocked them down, aye?

Yep.. That's why I don't want to be in any form of law enforcement. If I stopped a leftist for anything, I'd berate them until they wet themselves just so I could charge them with public urination.

Did the media and the left think that good Americans were just going the let them have a free hand in what they are doing to loose this War on Terror. This action is only a start. A lot of us remember Vietnam and what the media and left did. It will not happen again. And so it begins.
