Interviewed while traveling in Africa, the ex-president claimed, "Africans saw [my impeachment] for exactly what it was: an abuse of power." Do any governments in Africa outside of South Africa have a mechanism to impeach?

How do you become a "world leader" and not understand our impeachment process both legally and historically?
Oh, I guess you get a minority of the boobs and fools to vote for you like Clinton did.

"seven years later, the ordeal of his impeachment still has a vibrant, ever-present life in Clinton's mind."Wasn't *serious* was it? I bet he doesn't think of it...much. It's killing him. He'll never get over it and he'll never be able to go back and change it. No matter what he does...but it's not serious...much...

Ex-President Bill Clinton said Monday that he had to assure world leaders that there was nothing seriously wrong with America after the Congress impeached him in 1998.
"During that time, a lot of world leaders would ask, 'What is going on? Is this serious?'" he told New York magazine.

Good, Bill, it should be ever-present in your mind....a sort of hell on earth.
If you were ever really capable of rational thought, which you are not, the spectre of being the only impeached elected President should disturb you very much. Maybe the fact that it does could indicate that you still have a conscience....but I doubt it.

Thanks for the reminder. For a moment I had forgotten what a sick, twisted, evil, perverted bastard we had as POTUS. It's just a shame abortion wasn't legal when Billy was just some fetal cells.

They were just trying to get clinton to let em in on the real secret of what was going on and maybe get a little bit on the side while they were in town is my guess.
