Had a guy write me a nasty letter once about Vietnam vets being losers and he wished I had lost both my legs or been killed. I replied back and told him what I thought about his politics. The threatened to hunt me down and stomp my a$$. Told him I lived in Panama and to come on down, but be sure to buy a one way ticket. Been four years and he ain't showed up yet.

These are actual e-mails, with legitimate e-mail addresses. People who think I'm a "pig" for supporting the president while my sons go to college. People who maintain that I don't have a right to disagree with the anti-war folks until all my four sons are killed in Iraq. A guy from Houston who hopes I'll visit him to he can "take care of [me]". And some don't take us seriously when we say that when these people are in power they use their power to suppress those in disagreement. It's facism and communism in its fledgling stages.
