The U.S. military plans to ease conditions for some detainees in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba — housing them in a renovated section with televisions, stereos and a view of the Caribbean, the detention center's commanding officer said in court papers.

The terrorists have better living conditions than many of our troops in Afghanistan and Iraq!

Not all or even none of the prisoners in the federal prison have this priveleges eventhough they did not committed terroristic offenses... I dont see any importance to this kind of act to the terrorists...its a waste of government money.. they should have been killed!
