Scott Ritter? - Her WMD and military expert is a convicted pedophile

Yeah I can't see how anyone could give any credence to the Burger King anymore. These leftist would prop up Sponge Bob Square Pants as a military and WMD expert if they could. They are truly pathetic.

In 1975 my son had not yet been born. Today he is in his grave. Dick Cheney, on the other hand, is now Vice President of the United States

So she is blaming Dick Cheney for her son enlisting in the military? This is pathetic. I mean I am sorry that this brave young man died but she is totally dishonoring him by bitching about him being in the military-this isn't Vietnam, he was not drafted.

>"Our country has been overtaken by murderous thugs....gangsters who lust after fortunes and power; never caring that their addictions are at the expense of our loved ones, and the blood of innocent people near and far. We've watched these thugs parade themselves before the whole world as if they are courageous advocates for Christian moral values....and for the spread of democracy. Yet we all know that they are now putting in place, all across this country, a system of voting that provides no way to validate the accuracy of the counting of the votes."

Whoda thunk she'd speak out about the pro-choice people in such a manner?
I'm sharked I tells ya!

OK, there's a surprisingly nice article about Casey Sheehan here. He apparently became involved in the Eagle Scouts and in St. Mary's Catholic Church. The pastor is Father Benedict DeLeon who, according to this article, "spent time in Israel working as an anthropologist and living in a Palestinian community" and is quoted as saying "I think the question we have to ask--but have not at the highest levels--is, 'Why are they so angry with us?". Moreover, he seems to be an expert on arms and munitions because he also said "Considering it took Iraq three years to shoot down one of our unmanned planes, I hardly think they have the capability to threaten us." If dear Ms. Sheehan wasn't already a foaming at the mouth Marxist (and you just don't, in the grief of your son's death, start with talking points) I would not be surprised if the good father was helpful at pointing her in that direction.

I know people who live in McLennan County and I regret she ever set foot there.

There is a thread here on FR that has a post that has a list of the people involved in Veteran's for Peace, who sponsored her protest...

I will see if I can find it...

McGovern said. "The last time I did this, the previous director of Central Intelligence called me anti-Semitic."

Well I'll go you one better there, mcgovern. You are an anti-Semitic, anti-American, Nazi POS! Yep, that about does it!!!

...the big-wigs at Westinghouse or General Electric...or perhaps both...would have amassed personal fortunes from this one project, alone. Some of the stockholders would have also made bundles on the deal.

Whew, good thing this doomsday scenario was narrowly averted by the Islamofascist Revolution.

For being so upset about the death of her son, she certainly has a full plate of demonrat talking points to boot (e.g. what mother truly grieving over her son's death would give a whit about voting machines???). Sheesh.

I think someone needs to tell this lady that her son volunteered to enlist in the military. No one made him enlist.
When I hear this line of thought from mothers of military personnel I wonder what they thought the military does for a living.
Hey mom's around the world, you do not get to command the military or to decide when or where we fight. If your children enlist then they are along for the ride, no matter what!!!!! I turned 19 in Viet Nam. My mom did not get to make that decision either.

Yeah, I noticed that, too. Sure they killed her son, but she is really bent out of shape about them putting in those damn Diebold machines!!!

I'm sure if I Googled up another speech from another time period, she would be ranting about whatever was the DNC talking point of that day just as vehemently.

This is like Michael Berg, the father of the beheaded Nick Berg. The main difference is that Michael had a history as a left winger that was quickly found.

With the arrival of Sheehan's bus (in Crawford TX), there were at least 50 people present, from Code Pink Austin, Veterans for Peace, Vietnam Veterans Against the War, Iraqi Veterans Against the War, and Gold Star Families for Peace, which is Sheehan's group.Among those present, rumors of pro-war, anti-protest protestors perhaps arriving later were voiced. In all, about a dozen law enforcement officers were on the scene near the Peace House. No Secret Service personnel had been identified. More later.

Wow. Major event, dudettes. Someday you'll get 100 weirdos together in one place. I can see it now, "Hundred Mother Whine".

Does she really think that Bush and Cheney and Wolfowitz control the local politicians who choose the voting methods for their counties?

The merest coincidince. It's just serendipity that her agenda parrots exactly the Democrat line. There couldn't possibly be any planning involved.

Honest judge, I was just standing there trimming my nails when this guy came running around the corner and slammed into my knife. Seventeen times.

I think she needs to seek therapy. If she thinks her son would be happy with her dishonoring his name, she is sadly mistaken. Using your dead son to further your own anti-american rhetoric is despicable.

Why do I suspect that this woman's son disowned her politics long before he went into the military? And now she uses his death to promote her own sick views.

Has she been seeing the same therapist the Rachel Corrie's parents have been seeing, might want to hook up with Goldberg's therapist also.
