Obviously a report from a stealth right-wing group founded by Karl Rove and Rupert Murdock.

You forgot Scaife!
I thought this was an excellent nonpartisan study.
Headed up by one Republican and one Democrat.
Definitely bookmark material.

In all, forty tires on 25 separate vehicles were slashed in the incident causing $4,192.35 of damage to the tires, plus $1,125 in towing charges. Since the damage exceeded the $2,500 threshold for a felony, the five were charged with felony criminal damage to property, which carries a maximum punishment of 3 1/2 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. The five {DNC} defendants pleaded not guilty at their March 4 arraignments. (68) A trial was originally scheduled for mid-July, but has since been postponed until January 2006.
It appears the Democratic court system will continue to delay justice until after the next election.

Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) they don't both do it. Voter fraud seems to be a dominantly Dem activity, and it is very dangerous for the future course of the country.
Philadelphia, according to thieir study, had more voter fraud than any other city in the nation. The same thing happened in 2000. This does not bode well for Santorum's re-election chances in 2006 unless the Republicans stand up to the union thugs and racial hucksters in Philly. Fat chance of that happening...
This report is COMPLETELY consistent with the DOZENS of documented media reports about WIDESPREAD democrat corruption and vote fraud...
I ran this story near election time last year that documented the incredible amount of widespread democrat vote fraud and corruption:

Fraud, deception, corruption, and perversion are the mainstays of the democratic party. Without the widespread corruption and the perverse liberal media support, the democrat / socialist party would collapse...
Well, with the unions disintegrating and the Dems still running the same playbook (and RINO's carrying their water anyway) we may see the 'RATS fade away as a party. Bill might be their last hurrah.
Great find, and thank you for the link.
It will be interesting to see if Colorado or other states follow any of the recommendations.
"Headed up by one Republican and one Democrat. "
Excellent if true. I missed that skimming thru the site. Where was it?
Well, duh!
And now I have legal documentation to back up my utter contempt and HATE OF DEMONCRATS!
something for each of you
More on that same subject ping.
