It was obviously his thumb (pause the vid as his hand lowers).
I'm so sick at this MSM and the idiot libs that have nothing constructive to say about this president or this country. It's time for the controlling house and senate to get on board with the President's plans and pass them. The honeymoon is long over with these people. These people need to be defeated and real reforms in things like our tax codes, social security etc be implemented.
How about not telling me what I can and cannot think? ;) Thanks, because it doesn't look like he gave them the finger. You're free to believe what you like, but I trust my own eyes.
He was there, you weren't. :)
Sounds like Nick's back on the juice again.
You're right. I've seen the still shot broken down, and it is unquestionably a thumbs up. I'm trying to find the pics again. Ironically, I saw it on DU. One of the posters was trying to prove that it was the finger. This DU poster was actually honest and admitted that it was a thumbs up. I'll post the pics if I can find them.
Let me tell you Nick you don't "stand-in" for the American people. You don't "stand-in" for me and judging by the medias polling numbers (you creeps are so fond of polling numbers) just 28% of Americans even have a minimum of faith in your stories.
You see Nick the majority of the citizens actually care what is good for the USA and they don't put petty political agendas ahead of national interests like you sleazy left wing "journalists" do.
And for the 51% of Americans that voted for President Bush in 2004, well I would imagine the majority would agree with the President in his comtempt for the leftwing gutter media, you are truely pathetic.
to all the losers that think the President flipped the bird and didn't give a thumbs up
hello, if you don't believe your eyes how about the statement of another journalist who was there, live and in person, because if the president had really flipped a bird it would have been headlines news immediately on the silly TV media rounds
man you lefties are good are making people believe fiction is fact, I'll grant you that.........Stalin taught you well the art of propaganda
You can see that it is his thumb as his raises and rotates his hand.
The media is incompetent. They can't even look at the context. A reporter shouted go cafta right before a meeting bush was having to drum up support for cafta and bush gave a thumbs up.
The media doesn't care about facts only about outright lies and smear.
I couldn't have said it better. My thoughts exactly.
That ain't no thumb. hehhehheh.
Do you think these journalists are serving a larger cause -- like liberalism or the left? No, in their delusions, they're in a perpetual reality series in which everybody else gets eliminated but them -- whom the world cheers as though they are the next coming of Christ -- and that's why we should not worship any false idols before them.
Regardless .. everything he said is a damn LIE! I saw the video - and the President gave them a THUMBS-UP - not the "bird" as this idiot claims.
As usual .. these twirps are just looking for another idiotic thing to smear the President with.
No wonder these journalists think Saddam is just an innocent, misunderstood wunderkind like themselves -- misinterpreted for their noble actions for the betterment of all mankind. Totally selfless beings deserving of all the wealth in the world as only "their fair share" for all the good they do and enlightenment they shine on the world.
"Forgive us Father,
For we have not shown the proper respect and deference for Your peers, Helen Thomas and Nick Coleman,
Who in Your great mercifulness,
Have sent down to Earth to guide us,
That we all might be as wise, virtuous and beautiful,
So help us God.
Amen."
It's undeniable. Nice try, leftist schmuck reporter.
