I can't imagine FR without the kitties.
What ate the trolls?
:-0
Ummm... A lof of nutcases, IMHO, run around preaching evolution as fact instead of theory.
You attempted to infuse false claims as facts in this thread, while ridiculing others who did the same.
I found it relevant.
Oh well, I'm off to Coach my son's Football team so I'll be gone until about 9 Pacific.
Enjoy your version of the FACTS.
That sounds like a typical rush hour here.
That's always a mistake. Start one of those threads and the real experts in spelling, and especially grammar, can rip a new one on just about anyone.
Dude, chill out, I apologized for being one digit off of the runway, but you want to blow the whole thing up and act like an obsessive jackass.
Look, you don't like how I feel about evolution, I probably don't like your favorite baseball team, let it rest.
Grow the hell up.
Yeah, like no other companies ever built planes that crashed.
BTW the A340 has been in service since 1993 and this is the first ever crash for the type.
Pinnacle Pete's. Great misquete steaks. I have a few ties hanging from rafters.
I went to see 'Murder on the Orient Express', downtown, one winter in TO. (I don't remember the year...mid '70's)
After a 2" snow storm , it took us 10 hours to get home to North York.
I can't imagine what the traffic might be like today, ..... just glad I'm in Ottawa. :-)
Huh?
Right, Cooks' Corner. Actually, Coto de Caza was there even in those days, but had few houses. (I could have bought a nice big lot there for $35K, but wasn't smart enough to do it)
So what do you have against incredible dorks that you would compare Wolf Blitzer to one?
Yeah, I ate there one time. I can't remember the name, either, but I have the feeling that it had the word 'Oak' in it.
"Lufhansa is a great airline, but I've never had a good experience on Air France, bleah!"
Interesting.
My experience has been diametrically opposed.
I prefer Air France for trans-Atlantic flights because the food is always excellent, and because they have not (yet) made me horrendously late and had me miss connections on any flight.
The most pleasant experience, however, was a Cathay Pacific flight to Hong Kong.
Air France has lots of 777-200ER's and are buying 777-300ER's. They just recently signed an order for several 777-200LRF freighters. They were the launch customer for the 747-400ERF. They will have several of their 747-400's converted into 747-400SF special freighters and retire their 747-200SF's.
Well, I flew as a non-rev (airline employee), once I had a ticket, was on the jetway, bags loaded, and they called me off, tore up my ticket, said they were full. That's OK, if they really were, so I spent the night, flew to another city, caught a flight and during the flight, the woman behind me threw up and fainted, a medical emergency. Her husband pushed the call button about 12 times, I pushed it 12 more, about 5 minutes later, the steward came up, all snotty and started yelling at us. The husband stood up and started screaming at the steward! All the passengers were clapping.
I've also been screwed over by them checking in for flights, after asking 4 employees if there was a special line for non-rev travel and being rudely rebuked, I get to the counter with a few minutes to spare, the woman yells at me to go use the special non-rev counter, so, I go to the special counter, and the woman is on a private phone call for about 5 minutes, while I'm watching them do final boarding on my flight, I had to run like OJ and got there just before the jetway was pulled.
I've had better service in third world countries and on 30 year old russian airplanes than Air France. I avoid them if I can!
Agreed. I'm just sick and tired of government pukes blandly announcing that it wasn't terrorism before the fire is out.
If they'd say we think it's unlikely to be terrorism, or it looks like a mechanical failure/pilot error, etc. fine. But to come out and flatly state with no evidence that it couldn't possibly be terrorism before anyone has even looked at the scene???
Methinks they doth protest too much...
