Child of privilege Garrett Graff achieved notoriety by being the first blogger to get a press pass to cover the White House. Master Garrett, by the way, was a staffer for the Howard Dean campaign yet he sees no conflict in his current position.
But let a patriotic American cover the Bush White House and young Master Garrett looks down his patrician nose at him.

Capt. Gregory Kelly (m), an AV-8B Harrier pilot with VMA-211, explains to Cpls. Daniel Emunson (l) and Perry Ofalla, both Harrier mechanics, his planned route for a training flight.

A valid question. I've alsways wondered, for example, how folks employed by neocommunist, anti-American media organizations like the NYT, ABC, NBC, and, yes, CBS could cover an honest US President. That's got to be a conflict of interest, although, maybe less so today than when they were on the Soviets' payroll.

I think the likes of Wolf Blitzer and other lefties in the media should have to provide a disclosure when covering anything that has to do with politics. Especially when they cover Joe Wilson blowing his wife's cover at her desk job, so he can lie about a Niger report he never even wrote, and how he squeels like baby to get the spotlight off himself.

Can someone who went to journalism school and got the Official Journalist Credentials cover a story abut MSM unreliability, or does he have a conflict of interest?

Isn't there like a Greg Kelly rule similar to the Ann Coulter rule? Well, there should be!

However:
George Stepontopofthis covering the Xlinton White House
Missy Matthews, having worked for Tip O'Neil
Tubby Timmy, having worked for the Cuomo administration
Forehead Begala and James Carvile, both having worked for Clintigula
Forehaed Begala, keeping his job on CNN while at the same time consulting for John Kerry's unsuccessful Presidential campaign
Is all OK. Yup, no problems there.

Can someone in the military objectively cover his Commander-in-Chief? LOL! Can someone who pretends to be objective, be trusted to cover the CIC? As we have full disclosure on Mr. Kelly, I think we know where he is coming from. As for the rest of the so called "objective" MSM, who refuse to disclose, let alone admit to their biases, we haven't a clue. Well, FReepers do. The MSM has been partisan from before the birth of this nation. Since when has there ever been anyone in the MSM that has been objective. Where did this "objective" media myth arise?

Who would I want covering the whitehouse - a Marine or a filthy Marxist rat? Hmmm. Guess I'll need to sit down and consider that for one-tenth of a second.

but a drugged out hippie love child of the 60's is ok to cover the WH?
How many reporters are democrats? how many gave money to KampKerry?
How many PLAN on giving money to hitlary? vote for hitlary?
Seems like some leftist is either taking too much or too little medication.

I noted when I went to see the pic of mr graff, that he had contributed his own picture. Seems the kid is good at promoting himself. So other than putting down a member of the media who actively serves his nation what has this nimrod ever done that protects me and my kids? I THOUGHT NOT.
To: kristinn
Someone in the military can cover the Commander-in-Chief a hell of a lot better than a "reporter" whose husband/wife worked for the Clinton administration, eg: David Gregory (that list seems to be growing by the day)!
Garrett M. Graff, deputy national press secretary on Howard Dean's presidential campaign and, beginning in 1997, was then-Governor Dean's first webmaster.
