Until the community whose religion seems to be a direct link in the bombings in London stands up and actively turns in the people involved, actively denounce what they did, and work with the police and officials to help stop and thwart any further attacks, expect people to get a little defensive and most likely say, your party rides in the last car of this train or say you are not allowed to ride this bus today. People are only looking after their safety and because your community "the religion of peace" is not standing up to help in this situation. People are going to continue doing what they believe they need to do to keep themselves safe.

I am not saying go out and beat a person up. Just take the safety precautions necessary to keep you out of the shrapnel pattern.

As convinced as I am that you're right, I'm equally convinced this will never happen. They are muslims first and foremost - and they will not turn their own in to (nor cooperate with) the "infidels".

So, to ensure we Americans never offend anyone, particularly fanatics intent on killing us, airport security screeners will no longer be allowed to profile certain people. They must conduct random searches of 80-year-old women, little kids, airline pilots with proper identification, secret agents who are members of the President's security detail, 85-year old Congressmen with metal hips, and Medal of Honor winning and former Governor Joe Foss, but leave Muslim Males between the ages 17 and 40 alone lest they be guilty of profiling.

My post was to inform our new people to FR that seem to be of middle eastern decent that what will calm down the retaliation and get it into their heads what actions will calm the public down.

Let me know when somebody sets off a bomb in a the Finsbury Mosque at the height of Friday prayers. As long as that hasn't happened, Muslims have yet to see anything close to a hate crime.

When the violence against Muslims reaches the heights of the atrocities being committed by Muslims acting in the name of Islam, maybe then I will check to see if my "give a damn" is working.

The British use the term "Asians" to refer to those from the Middle East and India. That's not what the term means here, but the source is British.
