Chavez just needs to promise every family a hot plate and an electric rice cooker like Catro did just this AM on Fox and Friends. Held them up for all to see just how generous the Cuban gov. was. This at the same time Cuba was suffering power blackouts that were lasting up to 14 hours, with people building bonfires outside to fend off the mosquitoes and try to sleep. Incredible!
