I also understand that a drunken John Roberts drowned a woman with whom he was trying to conduct an adulterous affair.
Not to mention calling him a liar.
Mary Jo Kopechne would be turning 65 this week if you hadn't been drinking and driving and then left her to die.
Coop
And by 'individual liberties' does he mean the right to not die by drowning in an Oldsmobile?
Ted Kennedy's record is what is serious and troubling. Manslaughter, suborning rape, public drunkeness, inciting sedition....
I wish some of those newsboobs who were all over McClellan would just once attack this fat, bloated sack of partisanship some tough questions instead of basking in the glow of the achievments of his dead brothers. Just once.
Quite so. EMK is a fat, lying SOS. His hypocrisy has always astonished me.
Under Kennedy you get 'individual liberties' as long as someone else has to pay for it.
Wow, I am glad Teddy is going to drill Roberts to ensure he favors basic rights of self-defense as guarenteed by the 2nd Amendment and ensure that Roberts favors property rights, the basic right to life, and the rights of states and separation of powers contained in the Constitution.
"Together, we can combine our voices and elevate the debate - "
MR. SLEEZE talking about elevating the debate? LMAO!
I'm troubled
Oh, the irony. Kennedy asking for complete and honest answers.
That never happened.
What do you expect from a misogynist drunkard who has had a young woman die in the back of his vehicle and his "response" to questioning by the police in the Good Friday rape case was, "I was, ah, un, ah, too drunk to, ah, uh, ah, remember anything."
Why the people of Massachusetts don't rid themselves of this twit is beyond my ability to comprehend.
"I remember owning a home that was burglarized by a criminal who was out on parole. He was on parole because the liberal judge who sentenced him only gave him 5 years.
Then, I remember owning that same home when my city decided that building a football stadium would be a better use for my property than me owning it. They used some Supreme Court decision to justify taking my home.
Then I remember hearing about a woman at my church who has lived a life of guilt and shame due to a abortion she had in 1980 when she was in college."
Share your story . . . . .
I've always had "serious and troubling questions" about Red Ted's involvement in the death of Mary Jo Kopechne.
Teddy & Co. are playing to their base--and giving in to the moonbat left's demands ba$ed on their threat$. They know they are going to lose this one (Sheets Byrd is a 'yes" vote-LOL). That will make them all the more shrill...
If MJ Kopechne was alive today she would probably be grateful and comforted in her old ageby the knowledge of all the good things that Ted Kennedy has done for the Elderly of Mass. and America.
Really, isn't that the way every woman who aborts a child thinks the child would feel? Like she's done it a favor? Teddy just did an 18 (or however many) year post partum abortion on this woman.
