Another Freeper and I were discussing this very possibility on another thread a day or so ago. I would suggest that all young Muslim men ask the following question of anyone who asks them to place a bomb: What happened to the last guy who placed a bomb for you?

Islamic extremism is in the process of losing the allure and prestige it had enjoyed from devout Muslims. It takes a lot for people to stand up and say their religious leaders are wrong. But hopefully just that is starting to happen.

I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't set off by timers or cell phones but rather by what the carriers thought were arming switches. The handler says "make sure you are in a crowded car, set the switch and you got 10 minutes to get clear", only the bombs explode once that switch is flipped..presto...instant "martyr"
