This goes to far, no one is going to install China style censorship hear in America. It has been a fantasy of extremist that anyone has the power to abrogate the constitution. This union we live in is to strong for that. America survive the Civil War, brother against brother. It can survive a Hillary Clinton presidency, which is a long shot from happening. Sorry, I need to remind you also that we have divided government, and framers of the constitution made sure there were checks and balances.

I would like to believe you, but we have already had our freedom of speech severely curtailed by McCain-Feingold. If divided gov't is supposed to guarantee our freedoms, it did not work in that important case.

When the founders guaranteed teh right to free speech, they were concerned primarily with political speech. Political speech is precisely what McCain-Feingold limits, and the Supreme Court upheld all or most of it.

I can't worry anymore about being labelled "extremist." People do not agree on what is extreme. Some people find Scalia and Thomas to be extremists because they do not think that the Constitution should be some evolving law that Justices make up as they go along. The idea that the Constitution is changed by amendment, rather by judicial fiat makes one an "extremist."

As for Hillary as President, I agree that divided gov't might afford us some protection against her excesses.
