He [Duncan] was arrested in July 2004 for allegedly molesting two young boys, then released on bail. Wacksman loaned him $6,500 for an attorney, according to the Fargo Forum newspaper. A local businessman, Joe Crary, wrote Duncan a check to cover the $15,000 bail, the newspaper reported. (per the Yahoo story) Is Joe Crary related to Dr. John Crary?
