This story is also from Dec 13 2004!!!!!!!
WAKE UP!!!
This is common practice amongst cops nowadays, believe it or not. Usualy the smart arses let the perp they like (women) take the videos from the one they do not and then slaping a restraining order in order to keep evidence out.
Never commented on the story. The author of this one makes it unbelievable anyway.
...another good one by Phyllis Schlafly. The following was also interesting. And yes, sometimes, the truth is harder than a lie for some people to believe.
Charles Thomas Sell, D.D.S., to be released on Alford plea
Association of American Physicians and Surgeons

Agree odd..
Clinton.....Waco and lost in a prison.
Odd.
I have a sneaking suspicion that he's representing himself without defense counsel because there was no mention of it in the article.
Nothing illegal or wrong with that, but you'd think he'd get some outside legal and psychiatric help since it's his mental capacity that's being challenged.
What is so odd about this? The point is the man was drugged without his consent. This is a violation of his right to be secure in his own person. If abortion is legal on this basis, than for heaven's sake, this action by the courts is illegal. See my post #6 to piece it together.

See my post #6. This quote is from one of the links. The judge offered an opportunity for Sell to testify Monday and he indicated he wanted to, but his lawyers refused to put him on the witness stand. Instead, Sell raised his hand, stood up and began talking to the judge.
The point is the feds are drugging this poor may without his consent. With or without legal representation, this should never happen.
Doesn't that happen all the time when someone is judged to be mentally incompetent to make those decisions?
I'm more concerned that he appears to be making these arguments in court by himself without counsel--or is the article only featuring his own arguments and not that of his counsel.
I don't know how he can represent himself if he's been declared incompetent.
I think we need to know a lot more about this case than from this one article.
