We now know more about Yasin's stay in Baghdad. "We know, for example, in connection with the original World Trade Center bombing in '93 that one of the bombers was Iraqi, returned to Iraq after the attack of '93," Vice President Dick Cheney told Tim Russert in a September 14, 2003, appearance on Meet the Press. "And we've learned subsequent to that, since we went into Baghdad and got into the intelligence files, that this individual probably also received financing from the Iraqi government as well as safe haven.
That is a clear connection denied by our MSM which refuses to see any connections that might damage the liberal propaganda spewing the lies that there wasn't any connections. I posted a thread today then redirected it to this thread because it appeared in todays NY Post, I thought it was new but FReepers are on top of everything before print media. I should have known. lol

There have been some leftist elements in US intelligence. Both branches of "the State Department" have been personal fiefdoms for radical leftists for quite some time now. Do you really believe that the "inability" of the CIA to accurately foresee the imminent collapse of the Soviet Union was due to incompetence? Nope, it was due to the willfull blindness of the radical left "careerists" at Langley, who were very pro-Soviet, and pro-Arab, and still are today...
The people Porter Goss has to contend with, aren't "Clintonistas" in the most accurate sense, as they are not, nor never were, political appointees of the previous administration, but were career employees, who were indoctrinated in universities across this country to adhere to those who would destroy the very country these people would "serve"...

None of that stuff matters to the Bush haters. So true. It doesn't matter if it's the MSM or just the rabid liberal base. I posted this story on July 12 on a small board where I hang out. Not one of the liberals had the guts to open it up and read it. They claimed it was because of the source (Weekly Standard).
Today I challenged them to listen to this, assuring them that it was from a DNC-approved source (ABC). Nothing yet.

"One senior al Qaeda operative in U.S. custody since 1995, Wali Khan Amin Shah, told FBI interrogators that an al Qaeda leader named Abu Hajer al Iraqi maintained a good relationship with Iraqi Intelligence. Abu Hajer al Iraqi ran al Qaeda's WMD procurement operation until his capture in 1998 and was described by another al Qaeda member as Osama bin Laden's "best friend." According to the Senate Intelligence Committee report, Wali Khan testified that he had knowledge of two "direct meetings" between the leadership of Iraqi Intelligence and Abu Hajer al Iraqi."
This Stephen Hayes article is very long but a "MUST READ." I've gotta get hold of his book "The Connection" as well.... Abu Hajer al Iraqi was a key link at a high level between Osama Bin Laden and Saddam's intel regime. Nothing to see here, children, just move along..... Abu Hajer al Iraqi is also the scumbag who stabbed a NYC prison guard in the eye with a sharpened comb -- the guard barely survived, with severe brain damage and of course the loss of that eye.

All opposition to the Iraq war is politically motivated. The claim that Iraq had no WMD is politically motivated.
The claim that Iraq and Al Qaeda never cooperated is politically motivated. People want to attack the Iraq war for political reasons.

Sounds like you belong in the Constipation Party.

Amazing, even ABC used investigative journalism during the Clinton years.
Of course now that Bush is fighting a war, they only investigate Bush.
Now the entire decade of the 90's has been erased from the public memory.
And for most of the American public history begins when they wake up in the morning.

Thanks for the further details. No response required. Looks like many have plenty to keep them busy on these DIA/AD and
9/11 Commission coverups.
